Jeff joined Hypower six years ago, and he is responsible for the success of major projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
His background in business management gives him a great understanding of how to improve the division operations. Jeff’s ability to motivate his team has led to his continued success on all of the projects he managed.
Jeff brings a wealth of experience to the Electrical Construction department, and Hypower is excited about his new role at the company.
Furthermore, Hypower is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Bauer from Chief Estimator to Director, Strategic Development. Paul has been with Hypower for five years, during which time he took the Estimating division to another level. His endless dedication, intelligence, and commitment to winning sophisticated projects for Hypower, established his excellent reputation with many of the company’s top clients. His energy and enthusiasm will bring plenty of new exciting projects to Hypower.
Hypower welcomes Howie Menard to the team. Howie joined Hypower on September 6th, 2016 as a Chief Estimator. Howie has over 20 years of experience as a Senior Estimator on a variety of electrical projects, ranging from $500K to $80M with a heavy emphasis on highway, rail, hospital and educational facility construction. He strives to ensure accurate costs, scheduling, and quality control to optimize the performance of his division further.
Howie’s vast experience will be a great asset to Hypower.
