A successful electrical service upgrade takes more than replacing a breaker. In addition to the retrofit of both main services, the scope included temporary power during the planned outage and a new utility feeder for the building’s fire pump controller.
The work required careful coordination with the association, the utility, equipment specialists, and the inspection team to plan the shutdown and bring the upgraded equipment safely back online.
Thank you to Juan Silvera, Angel Corona and Ezra Wagan and our field team for their leadership, and to Century Plaza Association President Vicky Kaufman for her kind feedback on a job well done.
From planned shutdowns to complex service upgrades, our team is ready to help keep critical facilities operating. Learn more about Hypower’s 24/7 Commercial Electrical Service, Repair & Upgrades.
