| Project Type | Turnkey Electrical Construction – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing |
|---|---|
| Location | Boca Raton, FL |
Description of Project:
Navinta, LLC is a privately held generic pharmaceutical company, founded in 2003, that develops and commercializes products to treat patients with chronic and life-threatening diseases.
This project transformed an existing warehouse into a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical production facility for injectable products. The work included a new second floor and mechanical platform, a full interior build-out of the first floor, and upgrades to the existing office area.
Pharmaceutical manufacturing demands stringent environmental controls, so the facility carries far more mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure than a typical commercial building, requiring a high level of coordination and technical execution. The first floor houses production and support functions, while the new second floor is dedicated to critical mechanical equipment and support systems.
