Safety Overview

Safety is at the heart of our designs. It is Hypower's philosophy to take a proactive role in employee and public safety. With a full-time Safety Director to administer time-tested and proven safety methods, an extraordinary emphasis is placed on safety and loss prevention. Understanding that our employees are our most valuable asset, it's our responsibility to provide them with tools, training, guidance, and methods to work safely and productively every day. Hypower has a companywide, drug and alcohol testing and education program that is vital to our safety program. Pre-employment, post accident, for cause and random testing are some of the key elements responsible for improving our safety performance.
