FAU Higher Education Complex Downtown Campus Solar Installation Fort Lauderdale, Florida

In 2008, Hypower installed the first photovoltaic array for FAU at their downtown Fort Lauderdale higher-education complex. Since then, Hypower has also installed arrays at the university’s new College of Engineering building in Boca Raton. The building’s system consists of 240 Solar PV Panels, as well as a flat panel display and real time monitoring system that allows users to see the energy produced. The panel is designed to produce 51.571,000 kW/h of energy.
