Kennedy Space Center Interconnection StationHypower has completed the 11.4 Megawatts AC Fixed array solar project on NASA property in Florida. Hypower Bid and Built the project, partnering with Florida Power & Light (FPL), the largest solar energy provider in the United States.
Roberts BayThe project consisted of Directional Bores on each side of the bay incorporated with a Plow performed by Casper Colisimo Construction.
Port Everglades DuctbankRedesigned the system and saved the owner $500,000 and tied over 200 cameras together with fiber cable and over 70,000 feet of duct.
Lime InterconnectionHypower’s work installing Duct Bank Infrastructure for the City of Sarasota included total 1000 KCMIL Copper Conductor installation in conjunction with an inter-city infrastructure upgrade and Loop Tie between substations.
Flagler Memorial BridgeHypower’s Underground Power Services Division has completed a 2,500 ft. directional Bore across the Intracoastal Waterway. The project scope also included a 500 ft. trench across Royal Poinciana Boulevard, installation of cable, 2 transformers and switch cabinet in addition to demolition of the existing structure.
WPB City CenterThe project consisted of FPL Duct Bank System around the new City Center in Downtown WPB incorporating a Jack and Bore across FEC railway.
Kendrick SubstationProject consist of modifications to the existing 38kV Substation - Scope includes, Foundations for Control Building and Breakers, Site Grounding, Installation of Cable Tray and Conduits, Structure Modifications, etc.
Cape Coral UG Duct BankInstallation of 4,500’ of Underground Duct Bank, 4000 KCMIL conductor and Terminations, Substation Riser Structure, & Fiber Optic Installation.
C.H. Stanton Energy CenterConstruct infrastructure for 283 megawatt (MW) integrated gasification combined cycle generation unit added to an existing 656 MW combined-cycle generating unit.
Seaworld T-Line RelocationRelocation of existing 115KV Transmission Line. Constructed over the top of existing lines. Spans were in excess of 850ft long. Removed all the existing lines underneath and cut over the distribution to an underground feed.
FPL Davis-PerrineRebuild 3.2 miles of 138kV Transmission Line with single circuit. 1431 ACSR/AW. Rebuild 63 spun concrete poles ranging from 85’ to 100’. Part of the job was built over 13kV distribution.
Rock Springs SubstationLabor, materials, and equipment for the construction and installation modifications to an existing substation.
Garland T-Line Upgrade138kV Uplifts to accommodate height and right of way requirements for railroad system. Steel Monopole. Railroad flagger training school for all employees involved.
Winter Park UtilitiesThe scope of work consists of an ongoing contract with Winter Park Utilities for 13kV Overhead Distribution 2.5 Miles with .2 Miles of Underground Primary in Winter Park, Florida.
Midway St. LucieHypower Inc., with Air2 Helicopters, replaced Hardware and OPGW fiber optic cable on river towers for FPL. In addition, Hypower installed spacers on bundled conductor, and replaced guys and anchors at various locations.
Fort Myers StreetscapeThis project spanned many individual jobs throughout the downtown Fort Myers area, over a period of 2 years. It incorporated thousands of feet of communications and fiber duct bank and coordination with: the GC/Owner, all associated and direct contact with the City of Fort Myers.
Dover Air Force BaseRelocate Overhead Electrical System #3, bury overhead electrical to underground.
Ave Maria UniversityThe total project includes 8 buildings. The Central Energy Plant feeds power to the entire Ave Maria campus, including the Oratory, Student Activities Center, Science, Math, & Technology building, 3 Undergraduate dormitories, Science and Cafeteria Building and the Library.
LCEC 138kV Pole Change OutChanged out 60 Hot Structures. Coordinated work with Everglades National Park and Panther Reserve to ensure land was preserved. Used Track Equipment to navigate through swamp land. Rebuilding old construction.
Miller Road SubstationInstallation and Construction of a new 138kV substation – (4) four 138kV circuit breakers, (17) seventeen 138kV air break switches, (9) nine voltage transformers, control building, metal clad switchgear, etc.
Belleville Substation
Project consisted of a modification to an existing 138kV Substation. Installation of (7) 115kV switches, (1) station service, (1) circuit switcher, connections to existing transformer, all associated steel, bus work, conduit, grounding, etc. Removal of (6) existing 115kV switches, bus, grounding, etc.

Verizon FTTP PAHypower placed innerduct, fiber, handholds, throughout the east counties of Pennsylvania and the entire state of Delaware.
Fort Lauderdale Pedestrian BridgesThe project consisted of the relocation of a Toll Plaza for the existing garages at Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
Palm Coast Design BuildHypower designed, engineered, & constructed a design-build network infrastructure fiber optic cable project for the City of Palm Coast, FL.
Fort Myers Fiber Optic InfrastructureThe project consisted of the placement of 4 ea 4” conduit s, 6 ea 5” conduits, & 2 ea 2” conduits throughout downtown Fort Myers, connecting all city and county government buildings in support of City of Fort Myers beautification project.
FP&L FiberNetHypower placed approximately 80 miles of (4) each 1.5” conduits along with aerial strand placement throughout Broward and West Palm Beach Counties for cell tower backbone fiber optic cable connectivity.
CSX FibernetThe project consisted of placing 8.5 miles of fiber optic backbone facilities in conduit on CSX Railroad right-of-way.
